 The Authority has two business parks: the 55-acre Red Oak Park just two-plus miles from GA 400 at Highway 60; and Lumpkin 400 Industrial Park at GA 400 in southern Lumpkin County. Both parks feature the standard amenities to meet the needs of most light manufacturers, including three-phase power from Jackson EMC, natural gas, public water and limited access to sewer. Curb and gutter on industrial-grade roads, bright street lighting and numerous fire hydrants are standard in both parks. Covenants and restrictions allow for flexibility while ensuring quality development.
