Economic Investment Program
The Development Authority offers attractive incentives for qualified new and existing industry that expands the local tax base and generates new jobs. These incentives are offered on a case-by-case basis, and a basic application initiates the review and consideration process.
Building Programs
As the owner of industrial parks and industrial buildings, the Development Authority can cooperate on various build-to-sell-or-lease opportunities, based on the jobs and investments being created.

Personal attention focuses on facilitating the development process for eligible projects. Hands-on assistance and support are available as needed, from any required public input/governmental process to permitting to construction.
